Welcome to Eschoolwala. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Eschoolwala, you agree to be bound by these terms, which ensure a fair and secure environment for parents, students, and schools.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- To use this app, you must be at least 18 years of age to create a Parent or School Administrator account.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. User Eligibility and Verification
- Parents/Guardians: Must provide authentic student records. Providing false documents or impersonating a legal guardian may lead to immediate account suspension.
- Schools: Must be government-recognized educational institutions with a valid UDISE code. We reserve the right to verify school affiliation certificates before granting platform access.
3. Role of the Platform (Disclaimer)
- Digital Facilitator: Eschoolwala is a digital platform connecting parents to schools. We do not guarantee admission.
- Final Decision: The final decision regarding student admission, fee structures, and enrollment rests solely with the respective school management.
- No Agency: Eschoolwala does not act as an agent for any school and does not influence the selection process.
4. Accuracy of Information
- Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, including Aadhaar numbers, contact details, and academic history.
- Schools are responsible for ensuring their listed admission criteria and fee structures are up to date.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Eschoolwala and its parent company, Spedrix, are not liable for any disputes arising between parents and schools regarding fees, curriculum, campus safety, or admission results.
- We are not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party hosting or network providers.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Use the app for any fraudulent purposes or to collect data from other users without consent.
- Attempt to bypass any security features or reverse-engineer the application.
- Post or upload any defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
